Changes Made

  1. Included question for the applicants to confirm their ABN main business location is in Queensland
  2. Included questions for applicants to provide details of evidence that they provide services in Queensland
  3. Added conditional logic to Category Two eligibility so that the event must have been held for 5 years 2025 to 2022 and either 2021 or 2020.
  4. Updated the years in the formula to include 2025. Also the formula to provide average attendance numbers.
  5. Updated media may contact in eligibility tick boxes and acknowledgement. 
  6. Updated opening and closing dates & websites.
  7. Event details question added - Which of the summary examples best describes your event? <Drop Down>
  8. Gender inequality questions removed. Hon J.P Langbroek - Community felt that they would be penalised if there event did not address gender inequality.
  9. Event Activities switched to a drop down box to capture descriptions of the activities to assist assessment. 
  10. Added Final thoughts feedback area about the events program.
